　　Ladies and Gentlemen, dear friends:

　　Welcome to the 11 th China International E-Commerce Conference and China Online Payment 10 th Anniversary.

　　China E-commerce Association has successfully hosted ten times this international event, with participants from different industries, different countries, and different professional fields, but with one purpose----making E-commerce accessible anywhere, anytime!

　　On April 16 th , 1998, China Merchants Bank first launched online payment system “All-in-one Net”, which symbolized a brand new start of China e-commerce. This year is the 10 th Anniversary of online payment in China. So during this conference we will focus on the development of online payment in China, and explore new idea and new future.

　　This conference will bring a special memory to all of you, who are here in Beijing welcoming the 2008 Olympics! Olympics will move China's e-commerce development one step closer to our endeavor of building a “Digital Beijing”. The Olympic will operate with the cutting edge technologies of today's latest innovations in networking, wireless, and computers to bring Olympic sports to every corner of the world. People will be able to watch and research Olympic programs and news via online, broadband network, satellite TV and other digital applications, anywhere, anytime using different languages.

　　We are excited by all the opportunities that will open up for China. This conference will center on those opportunities, combining E-commerce and latest technology innovations with the Tech-Olympic. China E-commerce Association will work closely with of our organization members and partners to accelerate the E-commerce development in China, making Beijing Olympics a successful event!

　　大家早上好！

　　四月的北京春意盎然，在这美好的季节里 ，欢迎各位参加第十一届中国国际电子商务大会暨中国网上支付十周年回顾。

　　在中国电子商务协会和各界朋友们的共同努力下，中国国际电子商务大会已经成功举办了十届。朋友们来自不同行业，不同国家，不同专业领域，但是，我们都为了同一个目标——让电子商务无时无处不在！

　　朋友们，在十年前，也就是 1998 年 4 月 16 日，中国招商银行在国内率先推出了网上银行系统“一网通”，它标志着中国电子商务翻开了崭新的一页。至今，中国网上支付经历了十年成长，本次大会将与大家一起回顾中国网上支付十年发展的光辉历程，并且，还将继续探索新方向，新理念，新特点。

　　朋友们，本次大会将带给大家特殊的回忆。我们在这里相聚一堂，共同迎接 2008 北京 奥运会的到来！奥运会的举办将加快中国电子商务的发展，加快实现“数字北京”的目标。通过高新技术在互联网、无线传输和计算机领域内的广泛应用，奥林匹克运动将传播到世界上每一个角落，人们可以通过网络、宽带、卫星电视等数字技术，随时随地选择各种语言收听、收看奥运节目。

　　奥运为中国带来的机遇令我们为之兴奋。本届大会将以此为契机，将电子商务、高新技术与科技奥运相结合。中国电子商务协会将紧密团结我们的会员与合作伙伴，加速推进中国电子商务发展，通过不断发展的电子商务助力北京奥运会的成功。
